Open Google Play Store and install the latest version of Outlook. It can be that Outlook setup on your phone may be somewhat different than these exact steps, but you should still be able complete it.
- Open Outlook on your phone. If you previously installed Outlook some time ago, you should install the latest version available.
- It may ask you to add an email account. If not, go to Settings and select "Add Mail Account" and bottom of screen has choices; select "Add an email account"
- Next screen at top has line to fill in Email address. Type in your username@solidlives.com
- Minimize keyboard & see "Add Google Account" and "Create New Account" --> DO NOT choose either of those! Just tap CONTINUE > at the bottom right of the screen.
- If after you tap continue the line "SET UP MANUALLY" appears, tap that! (if screen changes before you tapped SET UP MANUALLY" you may need to start over.
- IF "Microsoft 365 Sign-In" or "Sign in with Microsoft Account" appears, Do not do that, even if you do have this as a Microsoft account. Tap the back arrow and the page for Accounts should appear where you can select several choices. Select Exchange.
- Once you have selected Exchange, a screen should appear with "Connect Exchange" at the top. Fill this page in as follows:

- Email Address: username@solidlives.com (put your email address)
- Server: exchange.solidlives.com
- Domain\Username: solidlives\your-username [Must use a Back-slash \ not a forward slash / ]
- Password: (enter your password here, we don't have your password but can reset it if needed)
- Description: The Rock or Solid Lives (as applicable)

- Tap check-mark at top right and your solidlives email account should be added.
- Next, select what you want to be synced in Outlook. (Mail, Calendar, Contacts, Tasks, etc.) You will be asked to accept that your IT Admin has access to control certain things on your device.
- Outlook for Android syncs only the current 30 days of your emails.
