When volunteers setup check-in on a weekly basis, follow the steps outlined here for guaranteed results.
- First, boot up the computer and connect the computers and printers according to station.
- After logging in, select the lock symbol to launch the VPN client, select The Rock and choose connect
- Being prompted for you username and password, enter the VPN credentials you received from your department.
- After successfully authenticating, select continue to close the VPN window.
- Now that VPN is connected, launch the check-in app assigned to your computer station.
- That's it! You have successfully setup Arena Check-In.
