To be able to add email attachments Online in Outlook Web App, you can only use the following 2 web browsers. No other web browsers at this time will create the dialog box which allows you to browse your computer to add an attachment. (You can use other browsers such as Chrome, Firefox, Edge, etc. to open, read and send emails but will not be able to add attachments using those)
- Internet Explorer | For All Windows computers **
- Safari | For All Mac computers
Only these two web browsers will allow you to add attachments to an email. This is due to the fact that all solidlives emails are in a On-Premises Microsoft Exchange 2010 server. When The Rock upgrades to a newer Microsoft Exchange server or uses Microsoft 365 instead, you will be able to use other web browsers as well to add attachments.
** Windows 10 does include Internet Explorer, but you will need to open your start menu and begin typing 'Internet Explorer' in order to see it appear and then click on it to open it. You may want to save it to your taskbar also if you plan to use the Outlook Web App online regularly.
